I've crossed the pond to slum it with you European types for a few months. It's a work trip though, and let's just say that my employer isn't interested in letting me have any fun while I'm here.
Your employer Cinnabon? Right. Hey, fun fact, you can't spell "Cinnabon" without C.I.A.
Anyway, which part of Europe? Or is that highly classified pastry intelligence?
Hi everyone. Tree hasn't got me yet!
Nothing so glamorous I'm afraid. Just doing the more... mundane type of rolled pastry business here in Germany. It's sort of an ongoing multinational collab with our European pastry purveyor counterparts, as it were. I won't bore you with the cinnamon-sugary details, but rest assured it's all quite routine.
Oh man, you really need to work on your cover story.
Which part of Germany? I was in Munich for 6 months a few years back, so if you say Munich, I'll say "Oh hey, I was there a few years back!" and if you say anywhere else, I'll say "Huh, well, I was in Munich a few years back." Either way it will be the end of that particular thread of discussion.
I'm anywhere else. Closer to Nuremberg. It's all very Bavarian and charming.
Do your meals mainly consist of white sausage and pretzels? That's the feature I most remember from my time there.
Happy holidays and good night.
You can't spell "Santa" without S.A.T.A.N.
Just a small reminder that Jeffrey Epstein didn't killed himself.
Given the amount of scrutiny applied, and the absence of any subsequent revelations or confessions on the matter, I'm starting to think that maybe Jeffrey Epstein did kill himself.
Wonderful (written with lots of irony), in my country Berlusconi is possibly going to be re-elected (but this time in another position where the election is done by the politicians so the people doesn't have a voice in the matter).
Any embarassing politicians in high roles in your countries?
Good morning (if it's possible).
Lately, here in the UK, we seem to specialize in that exact thing.
I've half a mind to go into politics myself. I mean, if these people can rise so high, how difficult can it be?
Are you a sociopathic enough though?
Many years ago someone once said to me "You'd be a good politician, but you wouldn't get very far in politics".
So... presumably not.
