Yesterday I reached a milestone in my development as a human being.

I burped and farted at the same time.

    Good morning.

I think at least half the stuff on Urban Dictionary is terms made up by a tiny group of friends and used only by them.

    Good morning.

Well, I don't think the picture quite matches the phrase, but yes, a collection of those.

    Good morning.

I decided to change my forum avatar back, because when Arcanum 2 lands and it's massive I didn't want too much of a spotlight shone on my off-colour joke on the topic of the logical happenings of what would happen if you chose to click on one of the more dubious adverts here. Besides, I think we can all agree that any kind of downfall that ever happened here can be attributed to Smuel right?

A good morning to you all. I hope you appreciate the ever so slightly off-centre lower res version of my old avatar image.

One of the best misunderstandings I've seen in a while, someone just created a topic called the "CP Megathread" over on the Arcanum subreddit - of course referring to the lesser known CP acronym "character points", and not the... err.. other one.

Of course, I had to come up with an obscene response, "One of the best ways to maximise your CP is through use of Therapeutics, they can be used regardless of aptitude and offer massive bonuses. Both Mind Marvel and Muscle Maker depending on what you want to prioritise are a way to permanently give yourself a greater stash of CP. I once made a character who was more or less a CP master, maxing out every single attribute in an orgy of excellent CP usage."

    Good morning.

We've already established that I'm a hip dude with his finger on the nipple of popular culture, but I'd never seen that abbreviation before.

For those of you also similarly baffled by Jojo's last post, 'CP' is apparently used as an abbreviation for something that is an anagram of 'Phild Cornography".

    Mood gorning.

I'd heard of the abbreviation before from lurking on various psychology forums, but I wouldn't have made the connection if another person already hadn't commented about the inappropriateness in the thread. Fortunately someone did so hilarity could ensue.

Or you know, some other paper-thin smokescreen justification that makes it sound less like I'm a paedophile.

    Good morning!

I thought so too. While it has some great moments towards the end, it's a very overly long movie. I didn't feel like Rey or Kylo Ren really had much of a story arc start to finish, and Luke's story arc goes exactly where you'd expect it too. I also feel like the movie left way too many unanswered questions, such as...

What kind of visions was Kylo supposed to have received from Vader before the Force Awakens? I don't mind so much that they didn't flesh out Snoke to a great extent, but I feel like missing out on fleshing out Kylo when he's supposed to be the new big bad seemingly was a wasted opportunity. I'm not a fan of waiting 4 years to see the pay-offs that were set up in Force Awakens, personally.

I want to give it a second watch, because when it's good it's very good, but I'd probably only go as high as a 7.5/10 - and the extra 0.5 is really only for the last hour or so being on point.

    Good morning.

Meh, it was passable enough. Better than The Force Awakens, by my reckoning. I think Rogue One was a smidge better, though.

Good evening gents. Merry Solstice. Odin be with you.

I only really enjoyed the last third of the movie.

There's a tenant in my building whose surname is "Nana".
If the actress who played Kira in Star Trek DS9, Nana Visitor, married that tenant, she would become Nana Nana.
If she then became a grandmother, she would be known as Nana Nana Nana.
If she subsequently handed out bananas at a party, she could be referred to as Nana Nana Nana Nana.
And if it was a Halloween party and she was also dressed as a superhero, she'd be Nana Nana Nana Nana Batman!

    Good morning.

See that innocent guy in the US who was killed by Police because some Call of Duty jerks SWATTED a random address? I'm currently sitting in moderator limbo on that retarded leftist joke of a games journalism site Kotaku because their group think believe I'm an armchair expert.

I wish I could sit in an armchair but my accouterment belt gets stuck.

What the everfucking hell is wrong with people?

Said CoD jerks should be tracked down, stripped naked, chained to a pole on a public square and flogged to death with a towel. Anything else is too quick.

    Good day.
