Even though this is D- level material, it caught me off guard and got a chuckle. God dammit.

    Good evening.

Christ, apparently it's been a busy couple of weeks for people.

    Good afternoon.

For me it actually WAS some very busy week. I have been to the hospital for the removal of those kidney stones. On the day before that I could left the hospital, I got an infection and thus high temperatures and high heartbeat. So, I had to stay a bit longer there. Luckily, it was fast gone, and I could go home. However, I still have to use antibiotics pills for some days.

    And of course....Good Morning.

Ugh, kidney stones are the worst. Did they have to surgically remove them? Must have been big ones if that's true. You have my pity if that is so!

    Good morning.

Yes. They had to be surgically removed, because a kidney stone crusher (or whatever it is called) utterly failed to crush the two kidney stones. The both were big and now gone. *hits unpolished wood just in case*

Oh great, now I have sympathy pains for Arthgon. Either that or I have kidney stones too. I'm not sure which would be worse.

    Good morning.

It doesn't surprise me you feel feelings for things that are directly tied to the end of your dick when you think of Arthgon.

    Good afternoon.

I have missed the posts where we just whine and point out other errornous grammar, making the weak ones leave.

The sad thing is, I usually get annoyed at simple typos like that myself. More proof that posting at 3am local time is probably not a great idea.

    Good morning.

Isn't it about that time of year where we all try to one-up each other with how deeply buried in snow we are? It's not snowing here, but I did just get back from a business trip to a place that's sunny and warm. So it seems way colder by contrast. Also, my fridge is empty because I had to toss all my perishables before I left, and I don't feel like grocery shopping. So I guess I'll just starve. Nice knowing ya guys.

On a different note from my present suffering, here's some thoughts (MAJOR SPOILERS) on Rogue One:

Overall, good with moments of greatness. The Death Star blasting cities, Vader wrecking people, generally great action scenes. The unhinged, diabolically self-absorbed, yet oddly likable Director Krennic. A comic relief droid that's actually funny and not super cheesy. And then there's the not-so-great stuff: some of the characters we're supposed to care about just aren't very likable or well defined, to include heroine Jyn Erso and Captain Whats-his-face. When they got vaporized shortly after their check-the-block romantic awakening, I found I wasn't too sorry to see them go. And CGI Tarkin: impressively rendered, but not quite out of the uncanny valley. Same with CGI Leia, though she was more acceptable due to lack of screen time and dialogue. All in all, a solid film and great addition to the Star Wars saga.

    Good Morning

EDIT: After watching the unaltered Original Trilogy yesterday, I was reminded of a couple things. 1) I hate the Special Edition CGI additions so much. 2) Young Carrie Fisher was a freakin smoke show.

Basically no snow here. Just saw Rouge One, generally agrees with Japes on the movie.

    Good morning.

I always appreciate the spoilers. The action sounds like satisfactory entertainment and the review has piqued my interest above the meh threshold.

The weather is cloudy with a chance of death stars.
