You seem to forget that your common Wolfsbane is an epic level spam-eating cow-ninja, with a challenge rating of 46. Anything less than +15 on a ring of STFU against him would be worthless, and the cloak only works because he's a level two undead-poser.
Having said that, it may be necessary to activate my 37 ranks in the skill, "Rape."
He'd have to somehow roll a 38 or higher in both will and fortitude to defend against my advances. If he fails that, he gets a chance at a reflex save...though, that just makes it less painful.
