for the record i just wanna say that i i've never done anything like this until i started fooling with arcanum's editor.

now, here's my question. i don't understand how to set where the player starts out in a module. i read that tutorial thing that was on ign.com but i didn't understand what it meant. it said, "now you will need to open the MapList.mes file located in Arcanummodules(your mod name)rules directory." so could somebody explain to me what that means in detail?

    Please help. thanks

    01) First go to C:SierraArcanummodules
    02) Find the folder containing the name of the module you just made.
    03) Open the folder. Look for the rules folder.
    04) Open the rules folder. Locate the file MapList.mes
    05) Open the file and then follow the proceeding example in the tutorial.

I am also running a tutorial at my website so that people from around the world can understand it. Haven't finish it though.

Then locate where the file Arcanum.dat is in. Without it, you cannot play Arcanum.
