I want to take sebastians items away from him but in this game I haven't been able to find him in the pub in the boil where I remember seeing him in my earlier games. Is this just a car arcanum change to the game or is there a trigger needed for sebastian to show up which I have forgotten about?
Sebastian doesn't show up until you get involved with Willoughsby. Usually by the time I meet Sebastian I have already completed the quest which he tries to give me.
Thats why the guards tell you to stay out, so you dont spoil the quests. Plus the boil is a buggy place.
