every time i think i have my head wrapped around it, i prove myself wrong.
can someone help please? just show me how to do a basic conversation, and from there, i can figure out how to do everything else.

ok lets say i wanna make a hello->how are you->bye conversation

i don't understand what to write for the goto field. All i know is to end convo, a zero has to be there.

now what do i do with sockmonkey?

The next-to-last set of brackets is the goto field.

For sockmonkey create a new scr that reads:

0 dialog 1

1 Return and SKIP default.

Then save as 00001generic in the scr folder.

Try it in your mod, and enjoy the result.
