There was really no reason for it, though. I read and re-read the rules of the forum and the rules of the RP thread, and anything regarding the RP thread only mentioned instances where people played different characters contributing to a story, not a situation where there was only one person speaking (the narrator), and everyone took turns writing something out. Plus, having read the forum rules and the consolidated GD faq, I can confidently say there's nothing in there that bars the writing of short stories in GD. It even says in the forum description that you can write about anything in here. I suppose that could be amended, however. But, without precedence for the dickishness, I'm just going to say that everyone who said it was role playing or belonged in the RP forum really doesn't understand either concept. I mainly moved it there because I got tired of the spam, which was apparently being driven by ignorance. Congratulations!

Serious? If you've ever watched a movie, or heard a joke, the funniest kind of rape is always guy-on-guy. I don't do the raping, I hire the homeless.

 

Yeah the only movie where you are gonna get that kind of action is gay porn. Sorry to say gross I don't watch those but you seem willing enough to tell us about them.

 

For one thing, most gay porn isn't about rape (much like straight porn), and if you think that it is, you probably have horrible ideas of what gay people are in to. For another, Pulp Fiction. However, that's only funny because the rapists get theirs. But seriously, The Gimp? I was laughing my ass off when he was introduced.

Bananas are expensive over here as well. The storms we had early in the year took out a lot of the plantations and they have been trying to sell bananas for over $9 a kilo. Its ridiculous considering all the plantations have actually recovered. I like a good banana though so this doesn't stop me from eating them however I am forced to trade in black market bananas. I get thrills from buying bananas down seedy alleys.

 

That's both sad (stupidly priced bananas) and hilariously awesome (black market fruit).
Our bananas have been steadily increasing in price this past year, as well as everything else, but it's mostly due to the price of gasoline.

 

Ah the price of petrol, used as an excuse to raise prices because of "transportation" costs. We used to have to explain that to the customers when I was working in a bar.

 

It's really hurting the consumers. Things like alcohol and cigarettes I can understand, because they're not necessary to a person's survival, and are a luxury. While I understand why manufacturers are doing it (maintaining profits), it's still not right. Salaries haven't increased with the price of goods, meaning people have to buy less or get inferior food. With gas, it's easy; just plan your trips better so you're not making pointless drives all the time, i.e. walk the four blocks to the convenience store.
