As for the riddle, the obvious answer would be the seasons... but I'm not quite sure why...? :-?

 

Dragoon, some might have been in BaK, the ring was in it I'm sure, but I had it before BaK. You know I was a DM once and needed to make/search few a riddles for my players, most comes from my notes. The sand can't remeber about that, too long since I played it.

And Ferret answer ain't the seasons.
