    i have a norwegian keyboard gives me easy acces to the following,
    ÆØÅ
    æøå

    and the ñ is not hard either i hold down alt Gr and the button with the picture of ~and then i press the letter i want it on top of.

    Dude, no offense, but you need to change your signature. First off, somebody else has the "Quality Post" joke, so it's unoriginal, and also just pointlessly arrogant. "I hate Virgil" is bad, but the smiley faces make it truly abysmal. Finally, "Let Darkchylde Stay" is not only large and blue (and therefore gay) but nobody cares about Darkchylde anymore. And even if they did, you giving your opinion isn't going to change anybody's mind.
