Pyro Bow Schematic

Where do you get the Pyro Bow Schematic at?

 

It appears randomly at a Quality Smith's store.

 

There is a guaranteed way to get those schematics- in the Black Mountain Clan mines, in the armoury room guarded by a Seething Mass. There's also eye gear to be found there, and a Power Axe, which is a fairly good weapon if you don't have anything sharper at hand.
