I'm looking for Professor Eakins, and can't seem to find him. Could some one give me his address? I feel like he's right in front of me.

I believe he's in Tarant, at either the zoological society museum or the university. I think your talking about the demonology professor, if that's the case look at the university.

    Address:

In Tarant take the subway to University Row.

Go one block south and then two blocks east, past the library.

North = top left corner of your monitor.

    Note:
You've played Arcanum too long when you give "driving" directions off the top of your head.

I remember the first time I got to Tarant I said:
Oh my! This is going to take a LONG time ...

    And it has ...

Rotflmao Menkhur! -patpat- There's hope for you yet... I think. Also, what am I supposed to do after I look at Nasrudin's Crypt? I told the people about it, but where do I look for.... what I'm looking for?

What a change of subject here ...

    Nasdurin?

    Crypt?

Are we on the same thread here or did you just teleport into this one?

Please explain and I will make my best attempt to answer.

I'm sorry, I changed the subject... I just thought it would be better than to make an entirely new thread. Or should I have? What I mean is, I was in Caladon, at the Panarii temple. I went down and looked at the remains, then told everyone that they weren't Nasurdin's. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now though.

Now you need to figure out:

    a) whose remains they are (you'll be adequately rewarded)

    b) find the REAL remains of Nasdurin ... which are somewhere else.

    And yes ...
Maybe a new thread is a good idea.

Or like most of the "Senior" people who are here with over 500 posts would say:
"Did you use the serarch engince before asking the question?" ;-)
Personally, I say, just post the question.
How are people going to interact if they all use the serarch engine?

    I'm worried that when I search... I'll find a thread and really want to post... even if the thread was about one year old... if I post on it, then it'll get bumped and people will get mad. --;

    Well, don't worry about it!

If someone gets mad, it's their problem.

You are free. Express what you want to express.
    If someone complains, ignore it.
After all, you ARE the one my parents warned me about, aren't you?

LoL! -huggle- Of course I am! <--- scary eyes ^_^; You're right. Thanks for the advice. Also, (this is my last question! for now...) Is Pollock the guy right inside of his house? Or is he hiding? I killed all his gang members, went inside, and only found one guy, whom I killed. That was Pollock, right? Also, my journal says I'm an enemy of Clan Maug, but it doesn't say that I'm an enemy of the Pollocks. I think I destroyed them both, so why does it say this?

Don't worry - if you're just fishing for info, then yes, you should do a search first. If you find what you are looking for and want to ask questions or post something, then just make a new thread for it.

The gangs question? Yes... but I didn't find anything very helpful.

You accepted to join the Pollock Gang.

Instead of KILLING Pollock, you were expected to talk to him to receive a quest.

Since you had already joined his gang, and you betrayed them, you remain as an enemy of the Maug gang.

You will not get the quest or the reward.

But in truth, it won't make much of a difference now.
It's not part of the main plot.
You can "fix" it by talking to Whillougsby (City Hall) and convince him that you can help him solve his problem in the Boil.

I wasn't trying to join either gang... I was trying to kill them both to help out Mr. Whillousby. I think I did kill both gangs off though. Also, if I talk to the woman that you're supposed to talk to if you want to join Pollock's gang, she says, "Did you hear? Pollock's dead. The gang's finished and so am I."

Did you kill a certain well-dressed man in the northern part of the boil, in a big house full of orcs?
If so, then you've completed the quest for W.

Yeah, I killed him. And I killed Pollock's gang, just to be sure. ^_^

Its much more fun to go up the trap door and shoot (with a bow or a gun) from through the open door. For some reason his gang can't go through to the trap door room.

When you find nasrudins crypt go and kill the archeologist and take his book. Read the book then go to blackroot. Go to the pub (not the inn at the entrance you came in on. You'll see a sailor. Steal his map thn go to stringy pete's cove. Use the boat to go to the island (click on it) then wander around until you find stringy Pete. Ask him for his boat then do all 3 of his quests.
