Problems with Unofficial Arcanium Patch

Don't know if this is the right place but , I got the game on steam , applied the 1.5.1 patch as instructed , the game unfortunatly starts up and then closes immediatly , if I however tell the game to start in window mode, I get to a bugged menu (refere to attached screenshot). Don't really know what would cause this , I do have two monitors though , one being a 1080p and the other a 1440p maybe that would be an issue?
