Problem with Arcanum High res mod

Hi people, first time posting here.

I have a problem, this one:

That's 1280x1024 , same happens with 1024x768 (1280x1024 it's my native monitor resolution and my graphic card can handle that: hd 4670)

It doesn't change if I play in windowed mode.

This is the steps I did

Clean install -> eng 1074 patch -> UAP081229 -> arcanum high res 1.1a

I tried to google and read almost anything I could find on the subject in this forum but I had no luck.

Can anyone help me?

I screwed up a little bit lol.

Yeah, it works, I tested it only in the char creation and never inside the game.

hHAHAHAHA what an idiot.
