What the hell do you do with Potassium Nitrate? :-? It looks like a camera. I got it from some of the orc thugs outside the warehouse in Tarant.

I think you use it to make some technical things.

I’ve looked at the files, and didn’t see any use for it. So if it’s used in making an item, it’s not in a schematic.

Are you sure it's not Potassium Chloride? You can combine it wth Strong Poison to make Paralyzer. The kind you get from muggers looks like a camera, but the kind you buy in the shop comes in a jar.

    Yes I’m sure.

Potassium Chloride looks is a two square high silver container/bottle (whatever), this was a 2 by2 square, looked like a camera, and said Potassium Nitrate.

That’s interesting they say they found one labeled Potassium “Phosphate”. Maybe there used together, or not.

Potassium Nitrate looks like a camera because the picture that was put in for it is actually one of a scroll! The game made a dumb substitution with the closest thing it could come up with based on its programming limits. You don't use potassium nitrate for anything, which is ironic since it is the chemical name for saltpeter. I think this may be someone's idea of a joke.

Potassium Nitrate is used in explosives and in VERY nice smoke bombs. If the name strikes a bell withing your brain, it's because Timothy McVaugh, (the Oklahoma Bomber) had a van filled with Potassium Nitrate sitting out side the building when it blew up, creating an even larger explosion. I have spent many an hour wandering around, and I have *yet* to find a use for it, other than a small amount of cash.
