I hear how you guys said Arcanum was so much like fallout, so while at walmart the other day, I saw it on the shelf. Even better, Fallout 2 was attatched to the back of it, and it was only $10! Anyway, all that came with it was the 2 CDs. They were in clear cases with no sign of a manual anywhere, and I can't fully figure the game out. Is there a manual online some where?

It's definitely on the CDs in PDF format. I got the same thing.

Have fun, man. These are two of the best games ever.

Yes, oddly enough there's a directory on the CD's called MANUAL. Even stranger is that in there, you will find a .pdf document, that when opened, in fact, appears to actually be, a MANUAL.

Damn it all to hades. Will this Fallout thing not die? Get over it!!!¹

¹Translation: I have been hearing about Fallout since I came to this place. You guys are gonna make me break down and buy it. I just bought Handspank: Whoremint so there's no way, unless they start chuckin' snowballs in the nether regions of hades, that my wife will let me get it.

You know....I don't think I've ever heard a single person here say something like...

    Falluot su><oR5!!!

Ok, I will say it: Falluot su><oR5!!!

On the other hand Fallout, Arcanum and Handspank: Whoremint are my favorite games by a very big margin.

One's better, plot-wise, but two's pretty sweet too, just remember: the ending of Fallout 1 is super-awesome, and I'm not going to ruin it for you, other than to mention that it's brilliant.
