Pennsylvania's technically not a state, but a commonwealth. I'd be more concerned about any presidential incumbent claiming to be a native of the "state" of Pennsylvania.
Hawaii, on the other hand, spent some time as a US territory, much like Puerto Rico, but was accepted as a state on August 21, 1959. If anyone doubts Hawaii's statehood, they're kinda...not smart. Even if Obama was born before August 21, '59, he'd still be a legal US resident and potential candidate for the presidency.

Yes, and you have the Tea Party. You have Palin and Bachmann. You have Fox News. Facts never got in their way before.

Pennsylvania (as well as Kentucky, Virginia, and Massachusetts) calls itself a commonwealth but it is a state. Those 4 states, in their constitutions, used the term commonwealth to show they were governed by the people, not by Royal decree. Their constitutions use the terms State and Commonwealth interchangeably.

The U.S. does have two official commonwealths - Puerto Rico (1952) and Northern Mariana Islands (1978). Until 1946 the U.S. had the Commonwealth of the Philippines as well when it became independent.

What did Chuck do? Roundhouse kick the man holding the camera and cause an 8.5 scale earthquake in the studio?

Yup, Norris wrapped his entire head in tinfoil long ago.

I therefore demand that all Chuck Norris jokes be replaced with Samuel L ones.

According the latest news, the U.S. government will not release the pictures and videos of Bin Ladens’ dead body to the public after all.

Of course they didn't, but their reason makes no sense. They say Obama and crew watched it live on video, but they can't freeze frame that video to get a picture that isn't gruesome, like before he was shot?

They also said they threw him into the water so there wouldn't be anywhere to be used as a place of worship, but according to Wahhabi tradition, there wouldn't be a marked grave anyway. Like when he was buried around 2001.

That's a fail justification. Islam does not look kindly on idolatry. No muslim would worship Osama's burial site. As far as I know, the only muslims who venerate saints are the sufists, and they're pretty much the polar opposites of the wahabists.

Yeah, I suppose you're right about that. So, that's another reason why he wouldn't need to be thrown into the sea.
