    Hey,

    By the time I got to Ashbury, my Tech Aptitude was too high for the elven trader to even trade with me. Are there any other ways to obtian this votive statue for the Ancient Gods quest? I'm willing to cheat.

    I'm afraid your only "legitimate" option is to unlock (or destroy) his chest. Alternatively you could make it available in a different store by editing Invensource.mes.
