MotherFUCK. I knew there was I reason I stopped babysitting.

 

I heard a story about a year ago, I think it was on the Nashville local news. This girl was babysitting two kids, and when their mom called to check up on them, the girl said, "Oh, they're doing fine, but I can't get them to go play down in the den because they're scared of the clown statue in the corner down there." Then the mom said, "Get the kids and get out of the house right now. We don't have a clown statue."

Turned out to be a midget mental patient dressed up as a clown standing in the corner. I hate clowns, and that would have scared the crap outta me.

 

Now I need a hug :cry: I so hate clowns.

 

Come spend a few days here in Hawaii and I'll give you all the hugs you want. :wink:

I fucking HATE clowns. Ever since I saw 'Greatest Show In The Galaxy' when I was eight. Jeeeeeez. That was creepy.

 

The best clowns are brainless fools who make silly noises and dress in stupid clothes, and the worst are phychopathic serial killers. I do not like clowns.

Clowns are great things. There they come come with ballons and tricks. They pull a coin out of your ear, make you laugh and stuff when you are five to ten years old. Ahh the memories of circuses and fares where the clowns have been. Curse hollywood for destroying the image of the fun and happy clown and changing it with drunken and murderng clowns. And i think you guys might have some issues that needs to be adressed.

Oh and vetinary has not banned clowns only mimes. There is a jester or something guild you remember? In i think it was the second nightwatch book.

 

I hate clowns, had to mow through like seven of them breaking out. *flashback* *shudder* They just kept on smiling.

 

Greatest Show In The Galaxy is one of the top three Sylvester- McCoy era Doctor Who stories. Go watch it. It's fucking awesome, and you too shall FEAR THE CLOWNS.

 

when i was 9 a friend of mine described It to me, and i've been terrifed ever since... even though i later read the book, and it really wasn't scary, and the movie was a joke, her description was horrifying...

 

I wonder if it was the media that made clowns scary. Maybe if you go back 50 years and say that clowns are creepy, people will just look at you like you're mad.

I think the scariness of clowns comes from the human eyes set in a distorted face. My sister had a clown mask which was creepy as hell. I think my mum threw it out one day because it was just too creepy. That was many years ago...and I still wake up screaming "The eyes! THE EYES!".
