Noob With No Instruction Manual = One Very frustrated Person

Hello, Im a Major NOOB to the game of arcanum. I am having a problem that I cant seem to find a solution to anywhere. I Have the game and have had it for over a year. Now I have some time I decided to have a go at it, However I have realised that it is impossible to play with no instruction manual. Yes I was sold the game with no manual. I can do a few things but I think it would be useful if I could use potions and other Items together. I've tried to figure it out and can't find any general information on the net as yet. My patience is wearing thin, can anyone tell me where I can download a manual? Or for god sake just tell me how to use health potions, LMAO. Seriously any help would be appreciated. Then mabey I can stop being frustrated and start enjoying the game more, Thankyou.

As for Grossenschwaum I am so glad that you are so great and had no trouble picking up the game. It is unfortunate however that your apptitude for reading and understanding A question is nowhere near that of your gaming prowess. 'Self Praise' would be the best way of describing your post. The fact that I am having a problem with the game has already been determined, so your comment that you dont understand that fact has little consequence. Please I ask you, try reading and understanding peoples posts before you reply. If you want a forum on how great Grossenschwaum is I would suggest starting one in the general topic forum.

Mathie, you just stop giving a shit about who I flame if I've got a reason for it. He burned Gross and I felt like intercepting, that's all. I don't flame the others because either I don't give a shit about them or they don't do things I react to.
So why don't YOU go and pick someone of "your own size" and stop bugging me all the fucking time, capiche?

Bah, dont get your panties in a knot. Why not allow me to gloat? Just because I responded to what you said in the manner I chose, does NOT mean I was incapable of understanding the anatomy of your personal dilemma. I was saying that YOU, a person who seems intelligent, should be able to pick up the game just as easily as I did. I was not trying to be an ass, though that is how it may have seemed. Therefore, your comments on my personal abilities to understand English, my attention span, and my inconsideracy, are unnecessary.
I didn't need to elaborate any further than The_Bob, Vyenna, and rroyo had already. It's already pretty clear what you need to do. I felt that, after reading those posts, I could just say "Oh, it's not that hard to pick up. Just start doing stuff and see what happens."
You can do everything you need to in the game with your mouse on the left and right buttons. Using the hotkeys is not integral to completing your game, though it can prove a handy shortcut.
Again, I didn't think what I said would offend you, but it seems like you took it in the wrong way. Nothing pisses me off more than being misinterpreted. That, and those damned Saxons.

From what I can see Wolfsbane would like that. As far as I was concerned this was a forum to ask questions and get help, not one for general topics such as self praise.
I may be misinterpreting what you are saying again (although I dont think so) but your comment

Hey Kamenzy, good job on picking up Arcanum Shows you have a good eye for getting good games 8) It can get a little confusing sometimes as there is alot available. Since you just got Arcanum (I think you worte that in your starting post but that was WAY at the top of the forum :-( ) Try looking at Troika's other 2 fantastic games, Temple of Elemetal Evil and Vampire: Bloodlines Since Troika is no more :cry: You can prolly get both of them REAL cheap. Enough of my rambling!

Sorry, I forgot my manners earlier. Just want to say thanks to The_Bob, Vyenna, rroyo ,mathboy, Richard Vorak, TONGSyaBASS and McKedy for your help and comments. This is a good site with mostly helpful people, but what can you do? You have to take the good with the bad.
