Non-combat attributes

I usually maximise Charisma, Beauty, Intelligence and Persuasion.
Am I wasting my character points?

I took Miracle Operation but even with that by the time I have maxxed these stats I don't have enough CPs for all the tech I want.

What kind of things can you only do when these stats are very high?
e.g. If I just stopped around 15 instead of taking them up to 20 what would I miss?

Whether you've wasted them or not is entirely subjective... though I personally wouldn't raise, let's say, Perception, unless I for some reason needed it (because I was an archer or gunslinger etc)

This is the chart for bonuses acquired when a stat reaches 20.

Strength Double damage bonus
Dexterity Speed is 25 (+1 per point over 20)
Constitution poison immunity
Beauty reaction modifier is +100% (+10% per point over 20)
Intelligence +10% to the success rate of every Skill
Perception sense invisible
Willpower immune to any Spell resisted by Willpower
Charisma 100% loyalty: followers will never flee from your side and will only leave you if you ask them to, never of their own accord

Perhaps I should have been clearer, what I meant was what quests / options will I not be able to get without these attributes at high levels.
(Charisma, Beauty, Intelligence).

Many. but a dumb charachter might get quests and options a smart persom doesn't.
