Newspaper Quests?

I've noticed that a number of the newspaper articles in the Tarantian seem to give clues to quests, but I can never seem to find those quests. What am I missing?

 

I'm not sure if those are clues to quests. Looks more like pieces of information that might be useful for general knowledge of Arcanum world (for those guessing games maybe)

 

I have often wanted to follow up on newspaper items in Tarant. There is a jucy murder & the opportunity to hear Payne speak long before you meet him.

 

I haven´t really got any quests from those newspapers..probably that´s not supposed to happen either...not sure.

 

The Caladon edition, on the other hand....

 

The only clues in newspapers are for the Whytechurch murderer, the Garrinsbourg paint and the war between Caladon and Tarant... maybe some other one, but I don't remember that one you buy gives you any hint to a quest.
