Newbie question...

I just got the game and after exploring the crash site and going past the shrine, I came to the pack of wolves. For the life of me, I cannot defeat that big wolf. I've tried luring them one by one and everything. After loading at my save point several times, I've decided to shamefully come here and ask for guidance. What do I need to do to kill that damned wolf?

hehe i died 3 times their when i first started :smile:. once you pass the place wwhere you talked w/ the guy.. a blue world icon will appear where the map is... click on that.. it allows world map travel (if you listened to virgil he would have explained that now was a good time to click the map.. hehe you can't take those wolves till 10 or so :razz:.

peace bro, goodluck, ask if you need help, but don't check out spoilers yet.. play the game a while first.. its a great one.

Thanks man...I clicked on that globe and saw the map you are talking about but I didn't know I could travel using that map. Thanks for the tip.

i learned the hard way.. heh if you read the manual.. the whole thing .. you'll know a real lot , much more then most games when you only need to know the buttons... give it a go :smile:

I may be new to this forum but by no means am I new to the game at this point in time.

I would just like to confess, I too was stuck at this part when I first got the game. Shoulda made it a little easyier to pick up on. Either that or I should've read the manual.

 

Well,I dont know about that,man. The harder they are to get rid of, the prouder u are when u do it. I started as a mage: "Harm" and no problem! More difficult for a tech ofcourse...Then again Isnt it a true formula : tough monster=more exp?
