    hi i just started to play the game
    can anyone explain me what the affects of the elixir of persuasion are cause i made it and used it but i ddidnt notice anything happening do i have to use it on myself or on someone else??
    also i had one skill of persuasion and i used the elixir then i had 0 skill
    is it a bug?
    i have the 1.0.7.0 version
