New settlement seeks Enterprising Business owners

By order of the current regime whose powers reside in the Tarantian-Caladonian-Dernholm joint Agreement, article 1, section 4: "Governance of commercial settlements and new freeholdings", I hearby invite all comers with the opportunity to open an establishment for the enjoy and productivity of all. No prior permit is required. It behooves the owner to tend to the upkeep of any business established. Rundown, unkempt properties may be confiscated and turned over to more willing hands.
