It's a water fountain...shaped like a toilet. Good for your cat OR your dog! Now, what if you taught your cat to use a real toilet? I can imagine no matter how fresh the water was coming out of the reservoir, nothing would get kitty to drink its own feces except desperation and/or knowledge that somehow, by giving itself dysentery, it would be teaching you a lesson about how to shape your pet's water receptacles.
