sorry I found several photos with mentioned races in the catalogue. Here is one of them. (with all respect to short people).



I hope noone considers my gesture as an insult or inappropriate command. (as someone who is 1.84 in height and 56kg -no I am not underfed, thats somehow my genetic structure, my wife is amazed she cant make me take on weight even though I eat %70 of our total meals and she keeps on getting weight- I am mostly pointed as a living proof of aliens who created the clones in starwars, and not offended with it)

rather than the numbers, I think it is about the ratio of legs/arms torso. also having a very short to almost no neck strongly supports the feeling. A little overweight completes the image of a gnome/dwarf sort of racial feats.

Also some other aspects like a rounded short face like in the photo adds alot.

 

Billy the kid looks much more like a halfling in my opinion.
