Here, I have listed the various 'space art' pictures I have made. I did it with a combo of modeling programs, for the planets and spaceships, and Photoshop for all the other effects. It is completely original.

So far, I have five pictures, and so far they have mostly been centered around the first ship I modeled, which I named The Photon (and has been named the Buttplug, by Milo). The first one was made before I created any space ship models, and that is why there is a lack of ship, so to speak.

As of now, I haven't finished making these, and will continue to make ones similar, although I may change the look of the ship that it is related to, so as to keep from any suggestiveness in future images. What the new ship will be, I haven't decided yet, but will show soon, for any who are interested.

I will continue to post the images I make in this thread, as long as it is not locked, deleted, moved, etc. I will post a pic followed by a description. They are posted in the order of completion. Enjoy. :)

My first ever! Awww, isn't it cute? It's a little planet with some kewl photoshop effects.

This is the first to include The Photon in it. The idea is that The Photon is coming in for a landing on the large planet that it is facing.

This shows The Photon flying into a large nebula cloud. Dontcha just wub the colors?

This image depicts The Photon attacking a large battlecruiser. Stupid, but I think it looks cool.

This shows The Photon escaping another battlecruiser by traveling into a large warp hole in outer space.

That's some fine looking art you've got there!

Do you know of Elfwood? It's a huge gallery of Fantasy/Sci Fi art on the web... your pics would be perfectly cut for the Sci Fi section.

Subscribe and get yourself a gallery man!

By the way, the first pic is the best one in my opinion :) .

The first one is the best, because it doesn't have the butt plug in it. The butt plug lacks detail, which makes me think it's more like a shiny object that floats around rather than a spaceship of some sort. Besides, you only really see it from the one angle.

I may not be a great artist, but I know what doesn't work. This isn't working yet.

    Thanks for the opinions!

Alright. I'll make more with just simple space scenes, and less with space ships, at least until I can learn how to make decent textures for those ships, so they don't look 'like a shiny buttplug'.

Perhaps it's just me but "The Photon" looks like the flattened head of a circumcised penis.

I don't know what YOUR looking at Cobra, I thought it looked like an arrow-head or a spearhead or something. You gotta get your mind out of the gutter man, such dirty thoughts.

I'm surprised that you managed to convince a guy to take off his pants. Unless you're talking about ones you've seen in porn. Then...I'm not quite sure what to think. It would be cool if you weren't a vegetarian bitch :D.

Who is Cobra, and what did she do, because it seems to me that everyone hates her, even though she's a girl! :-o

Well I was alwyas taught that "Beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder"

No, really they are decent pics for starting. Get rid of the(how did jar label it?) "butt-plug" looking spaceship.

btw: a photon is a short wave pulse of energy emitted as a defensive or offensive manuver

I thought it was a theoretical particle of light that has not yet to my knowledge been observed. :/

Anyway, a photon is the opposite of a wave, even if it exists only in theory.

    :-o

Whoa! Alright.... That's a little STRANGE.

Don't let her hog Ferret! Ferret is for all to share!! :/

Anyways, I know a Photon is a particle of light, but I just decided to name Butt-Plug that, because it sounds U83R l33+!

I'm intrigued by the liberal use of 'particle' in a discussion about light.... seeing as light is an energy form and possesses no matter. A photon is defined as a single quanta, or wave-packet, of visable EM radiation. A photon is also no longer theory. It was observed for real about the same time as they took the first photograph of a single atom, suspended in a magnetic confinement field. You can probably find that stuff it you did a web search. :)

And Xento, I am in no danger of being 'hogged' by Chalupa. I'd get a restraining order if that were the case. Hell, I'd probably get a warrant for her education at the same time too, since someone so highly inclined to impart her lack of knowledge is a danger to society.

My closest relatives all know of the impending nuptial! WHAT ABOUT THE LETTERS!?! The exchanged vows of Undying Love??? You aren't backing out on me now, mister!
