No chance. Even fanboys like me will tell you that Arcanum multiplayer is absolutely abysmal. Lags like crap too. You'll be lucky to find a server. But hey, by all means try...
they should rectify this in the next arcanum or with a patch .... this is a major flow to the game .... all thought the game is great it would have been greater if it had a strong multyplayer
