That's excessively awesome. I'd say it was like watching everything in slow motion, but it's one step cooler than that, since they're all still frames and I have to scroll by hand. Imagine the look on the perpetrator's face when he realized the cop had officially wrecked his getaway...on second thought, it probably looked like it had been squished by an airbag.
