    okay, i'm at the dark elf city, and i don't have a molochan hand medallion, cause i sold em all. i looked for hours for the ones a sold, but i guess the shop keeps inventory gets re-hashed. looked for more random encounters with molochan hand, but can't find one, even after hours of searching.

    Anybody have any ideas? If I attack my way in, everyone in my group leaves me. Is there an inventory hack?

    How about searching the Morbihan Forest/Desert? If that doesn't help, search for Molochean hands using the search tool here. They might have solved it already.

    There's a member of the Molochean hand in just about every tavern- just talk to them, kill them after they attack, and take their amulet.

    Alternatively you can just travel around til you meet some molochean hand assassins in a random encounter.

    the ones in a tavern a just random. sometimes they give you money sometimes they as k you the 500 question and sometimes they attack you. These people never had the amulet for me
