    I'm not bothered by the 10 degree days (we get them about half the year here, so 10 degrees don't mean shit), although I admit the -10 degree days are a bit fucking much.

    I still remember going to Hong Kong during their spring. It's 28 degrees centigrade out there, everyone's going around in heavy jackets and scarves and me and my sister are wandering around in T-shirts watching the locals freak out.

    Well, I bathed. Twice.

    The Bothnia is quite a chilling experience this time of year, especially when it's cold and windy at 12 AM and cloudy.

    And when it's 15 centigrade in Hobart Scandinavians would freak Tasmanians out by the same token.

    Uh, actually, that's just in Hobart. They're pussies in Hobart. Here in Launceston, 15 degrees usually means T-shirts, jeans and cricket or football (dependant upon season) in the park.
