    merry christmas everybody...
    now that's out of the way let me tell you how much christmas shits me right now, as you may or may not of noticed i haven't been around for a couple of days that's because i went to work friday morning 9:30am and didn't leave till 4:45am sat morning, we had a christmas show on the function room for 175 pax which I had to set up by MYSELF ie tables, chairs and cutlery then i had to work the bar at said christmas show, now thats fine..... but... i had to come back at 10:00 am to set up by MYSELF AGAIN for another show for 200 pax and work behind the bar AGAIN!!!. now while it was a good night and i did have fun (mainly from sleep deprivation) listening to so many people from businesses and company's around town having thier staff x-mas party's there and continuously saying merry christmas, by the time i finished at 1:00 am sat night/sun morning (and they let me go EARLY) i just wanted to headbutt people

    I didn't notice that you weren't here.

    Anyway, what do you mean you had to set up by yourself? Why wasn't anyone else helping you? Are you the company 'Bitch' that everyone picks on or something?

    If you were doing the bar, why weren't you getting pissed yourself? These are the important questions...

    Welcome back, mrnobodie. :smile:
    I was in your line of work long ago, and I loved working Christmas parties. Every year I worked one for the company that does lighting for Aerosmith, Garth Brooks, and others. It was a lot of fun and I made a fortune. I'd do it again if they still had them, but they quit. Too many people sneaking in.

    i'm back
    well j-man it's like this, apperantly i'm the only one there with a brain so it's up to me to set the tables properly cause it's really hard to make knives and forks point in the same direction (i work with fuckwits)


    anyway i don't have to work till the wedding on saturday so MERRY CHRISTMAS!
