Something I read one time is that typically, more outgoing, extroverted guys tend to favor boobs more. And usually, introverted or shy guys usually "shy" away from boobs, tending to favor legs or ass more. Simply because boobies tend to be more intimidating. I believe it.

Well, maybe. Like I said, it's probably not true in all cases. In mine, however, it is true. I guess it has to do with your societies, or cultural emphasis on the breasts. To give you an example, here's what usually happens where I'm from.

Big redneck party. Lotsa beer, lotsa rednecks, lotsa swearin'. Also lotsa talk about "tits" "Man, get aload of the rack on her!" "Where did my tits go?" (Here, refering to a girlfriend as "tits". One drunk redneck grabs me, holds me close, my face awash with the stink of his homemade liquor. "Hey little buddy. I luvs ya. You and me..Know whaddI mean? Hey you ever felt a tit before?" I tend to not have the in-your-face, loud-talkin' demeanor. I tend to be quiet, in the background. So maybe all of this kinda turns my sub-concious away from boobs.

But I would be laughed at if I piped up with something like "Man did you see her legs? She has the most perfectly turned ankles I've ever seen! Check out those thighs!!"
