    Is it possible to negotiate Caladons Entry to the Unified Kingdom and receive master status in persuasion and get the ending where both Caladon and Tarant are prosperous?

    If so, how?

    I think you get it if you convince Donn Throgg to colaborate with Babcock, besides doing the persuasion mastery quest correctly.

    Yes, I think so, because the best ending for Caladon specifically talks about Donn Throgg.
