Magnus and Loghaire at the Iron Clan

When i walk into the cave I, Magnus and Loghaire have a chat. Eventually it comes to this:

After i click "Listen." dialog ends and nothing else happens.

1) Is there any (easy) way to fix it?
2) Does it needs to be fixed? I mean, i don't really care what they say, as long all necessary global variables, flags and other stuff is being changed as it should. There's nothing in dialog Result fields after first line (gf2462 1, fp) except Magnus joining the party, so i guess it is safe to skip this dialog, am i right?

It happened to me while I was playing the unpatched version. As soon as I installed the patch, it was fixed.

 

Damn...checked it again...looks like i had unpatched version after all...Why am i such an idiot? I remember clearly that i patched the game.
