If I was Polish, I'd consider him the saviour of my nation and elect him king of the realm. That's how much we love Palikot.
According to Wikipedia, he's being charged in a year long case involving defamation against the Prime Minister. He called him an oaf. Aaah, Poland.
Ah, Palikot, the pride of my nation! At least the guy keeps the politics from getting too boring. Yet - in terms of entertainment - nothing will beat the times when the the president's twin brother was the prime minister and the two deputy prime ministers could be best described as a loathsome primitive and a Christian fanatic. Those were the terrifying days. It was against the president, actually. Not that it makes much of a difference to anyone who isn't a Pole.
