"Magical power available" on a weapon?? How to use it?

    I have an enchanted sword that has 100% magical power available, how would I go about using this power? Is it like extra manna when I run out from casting too much or what?

    When using a magick weapon, your own magick aptitude effects how well that weapon works. The stats in the brackets are what the magic power affects.

    For example, if you had a magick sword that did a damage of 5-20[+10], and your magic power with that weapon was 70%, you're doing 5-20 +7.
