Magical backgrounds

Is there a way to add a spell or two to someones background effects? And if so, how is it done.

I know it sounds stupid but I'm making both a jedi and seth background (a small step towards larger mods) and I'd really like to give them the basic spell of either force or mental mage spheres....

 

Well, I'm definetly no expert, but I believe reading somewhere that it cant be done. Its quite possible I'm wrong though.

Is there a way to raise the magic apitude modifier for spesific schools of magic, like the way it's raised in certain terrains in the sky/day/night/nature mage?

 

Why don't you try the background making tutorial on this site ?

I've looked, but can't find it....

 

Using the tutorial I wasnt able to get my backgrounds to work. Its much easier to just modify the current ones. Provided you have the neccessary files ofcourse.
