So I'm sitting here listening to James Taylor while eating a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of Spaghetti-O's. Very American of me but it made me wonder, do people in other countries eat grilled cheese sandwiches and Spaghetti-O's? Or is that a phenomenon unique to the North American continent?
I had to Google for Spaghetti O's, so that is probably Americana (I guess the closest equivalent you'll find here would be canned spaghetti or ravioli). Grilled cheese sandwiches are a staple in the cultured man's diet wherever he roams though - especially since my brother gave me a sandwich grill for Christmas.
I usually dip the sandwich in the O's. I feel sorry for the backwards cave-dwelling savages of the world who have never heard the jingle, "Uh-oh! Spaghetti-O's!"
