Like my sig and name??

Sup ya all! It's me slug. I change my name to Native Bug and made a sig. Just wanted to know if you liked my sig as it is or do you got something better for me? I'll be back in 4 days so let me know please.

 

LOL I did a post like this once and it got me a lot of flaming and a trip to the Vault. Maybe that's because it wasn't my own picture though. Anyway, it looks nice. Maybe put some sort of weapon on it to go along with the bugs?

 

If that's a picture of a dung beetle wearing a tutu and being attacked by two French ticklers, then it's FABULOUS, dah-link.

 

I think they both suck.

Perhaps I'm stupid not to know this, but how do you change your name? I lost my old account's password a while back and made this one to replace it. If there's a way to change your name without changing your number of posts could someone post it here for me?

 

Go to Profile. Where it says "Username" type your new username. Viola!

BTW, Bug, how did you get the pic in there?

Anyhow... How do we go about getting custom pictures and such ???

It seems complicated to do, but it's really easy.
1. Find the picture you want on the internet.
2. Copy the URL
3. Go into the Posting screen and click the Img Button, paste the URL in, and click the Img Button again.
4. Copy the whole thing, go to your profile, and paste it into your signature.
5. If it worked, thank me profusely for helping you. If it didn't work, ask me for clarification.

 

If you're talking about pictures in the sigs, find the picture you want, find some place to host it (don't link the source, leeching bandwidth will bring Calis a whole heap of trouble he doesn't want) and follow Demosthenes' instructions.

If you're talking about avatars (the little pictures under your name), well, once you rack up 1000 posts you can then ask Jinxed. From there it's up to him.

Oh, yeah, custom avs. Jinxed pm'ed me a month or so ago, and asked if I wanted one. Well, I think now I kinda do. Whadda you guys think fits me?

I've got it! A picture of a tall, thin farmer, in overalls, long scraggly beard, grinning stupidly, holding a big ass shovel with one hand (blade in the ground), standing next to a tractor with a freshly ploughed field behind him. Possibly giving a thumbs up with his free hand, or arm around his equally stupid looking wife.
