Level Cap Remover download?

Hey guys. Just recently got Arcanum off of GOG, and I came here to get the Arcanum universal level cap remover v0.0.1.

As I recall, technologists are a pain to play with the low level cap -- if you choose to master gunsmithing and explosives, it's not possible to get throwing/firearms to max, which sort of defeats the purpose.

Unfortunately, it seems like the downloads section here on terra-arcanum is down for the time being with whatever renovations are taking place. Is there anywhere else where the mod can be downloaded (preferably some place as trustworthy as here), or am I just stuck waiting?

 

I was going to suggest Fileplanet, but just found out they've been archived since last year and all of their Arcanum content is gone - their links lead to 404 pages.

Used google translate to find their downloads section. Unfortunately it seems as though the download links themselves don't function. Just brings you to the front page of whatever Polish file hosting service they used.

Could be my script blocker is interfering with my being redirected to the correct files, but I'd rather practice safe internet surfing than be level 60 on arcanum.

Oh well, I'll keep looking.
