Lethe Wyvern turn in trouble

So, Trevor gives me his camera and the marker just fine. And I go out to the map marker. And I fine the lethe wyvern just fine. And I get a picture. And, just because I can, I preemptively self defense it to death. But when I turn the picture in, the game freezes right after "I got it, I got it!" gets clicked. Am I doing something wrong? Is this just a bug I can fix easily?

I also tested it *without* killing it, same problem, so I know it's not that.

 

No idea. Anything unusual with your installation? Are you using the latest UAP?

 

No, I wasn't at the time. And, since I was using a custom background, when I installed it, my entire save no longer works. Virgil attacks me on sight, Magnus won't talk to me, my "background" says I'm an ogre despite being an elf, and when I go back to talk to Trevor, *he* attacks me, too. Soooo... Balls on that. I'll retest it when my next save gets that far in the story.
