Are you annoyed that I was writing informally? If yes, then you seriously need help.

 

I believe they are annoyed because you posted a smiley and a qoute, and nothing more.

If you can't post more than that, then you are the one that need help.

 

It's the smiley, as wobbler said. We tend to actually put words in our posts, anything less than that is not smiled upon. There's plenty of time to proof-read a post before pressing the submit button, so...well I think you get the gist of it.

 

There's basically an unspoken rule here that runs something like this:

'If you have nothing to add to a conversation but a single word (or even worse, a smiley), don't post it. EVER.'

You're really delusional if you thought this post sounded clever, intimidating, or whatever else it is you were going for.

The fact of the matter is, I'll post here whenever I damn well please, and a muppet such as yourself isn't going to stop/discourage me.

You do realize that taking unjustified pot-shots at an establish (and in this case, Well Liked!) T-A regular isn’t the best way to garner respect. You’re here for help and/or to socialize with people with like interests, namely Arcanum or other Troika games. If you get folks to place you into the dickweed category, you will not receive help and you will not receive positive socialization.

 

I'm not sure why you visit forums, but I do it to discuss things, not to 'garner respect.' I guess it balances out, though, since I only have genuine respect for about 4-5 of the regulars who post here.

And if someone is going to take a 'pot-shot' at me, then it's only fair if I return the favour, right?
