In the journal of Kraka-Tur is mentions that he got some dragon blood, then did some ritual in a temple somewhere to get all uber-powered. Is this option available in the game?
Why don't you ask Kraka-Tur himself once you find him? I'm sure he could be persuaded to reveal that secret... somehow  (Kidding. You can't do a Kraka-Tur and become a dragon. Although it would have been nice if you could).
That'd be cool. Krak looks awesome in person, although remember that even if we could turn into dragons, we'd have horrid run-speed. The maximum runspeed of those Frigidon-like mobs is just slightly faster than the common walk.
It's impossible, because in his diary it's said he found spell in North Mountains. And you can't walk on mountains in the game.
To get some dragon blood Kraka Tur kills the last ever dragon but when you help Torian Kel it turns out there is a temple full of dragon blood. I always thought this was a bit stupid. Where are all the copy cat half-dragons? Surely every evil mage worth his salt would have ransacked the place for dragon blood? Tch. There's just no realism in this game...
But nobody knew where the dungeon was. Torian Kel is a survivor from the Age of Legend, when the Derian Ka were still around. Only someone like Nasruddin or K'an Hua would have remembered such a thing. Not to mention that perhaps they didn't WANT to turn themselves into dragons. Look how much good it did to Kraka-Tur himself
The cult who built the place did and so did their enemies. Anyone who was in the business of professional evil and power-mongery would make it their business to know. Yes, the temple has been around for a long time. It's not so much a matter of being old enough to remember it, it's a matter of having thousands of years for someone to find it. So the older it is the more likely it is to have been discovered. I'm sure evil wizards could do a lot more with dragons blood than turn themselves into a crummy half-dragon. Personally I think Kraka screwed up the spell because he had zero magical talent.
