Kaitan'altar

Hi, everyone. I'm new in this forum. Any can anyone help to locate the Kaitan's Altar ( daughter of Sun and Moon). Thanks in advance.

 

Well, your question really belongs in the hints and tips forum, but I'll try to answer it anyway.

Kaitan's Altar is inside of Gorgoth Pass, which crosses the mountains on the southern part of Arcanum. If you have been to Caladon, you can go back and work your way up the mountains to a point just past Roseborough and you will find the pass. Otherwise, you will have to find it from the east side by working along the mountains south of the river below Shrouded Hills. I'm assuming that you have already been through Hardin's Pass since you are looking for this altar. Even if you have the "exact" coordinates for the pass, you will still have to do some working back and forth to actually find the entrance.

The best coordinates I have are 1500 W, 1442 S.

There are some pretty nasty creatures waiting for you in Gorgoth Pass, but it's worth fighting them for the experience. Just make sure you are prepared well before going there and, of course, save before entering.

 

Sorry that i went to the wrong forum, and thanks a lot for helping me. One more question, did anyone find out info about the loss magic colleage?

 

As far as I know, the lost magic college was just a storyline reference and doesn't actually exist. I have thought about introducing it in my new mod, so if anyone has any suggestions for what is should be, they should let me know. I won't let you know what I choose to do because it will spoil some rather neat surprises that I have in store for everyone, but suggestions are definitely welcome.

 

How are you going to add it ? As scrolls ? or as objects ?
I think that it may be very hard to add it like a school that you spend point to.

 

I never said anything about it being easy. I just asked for suggestions on what people thought would be good if I do it. I have some ideas about how to make it work, but I'll just have to see if they work. In the mean time, I need to decide what I want to do before I can bother with trying it out.

What about a self buffing school ?

Not necesserily in that order.

That is why I am going to add if i ever manage to do something like this.(add them like a new school without replacing an old one)
However i feel it is impossible unless we have the Arcanum source code.

1) More AC
2) More Life
3) More Speed.
4) A retribution shield like Diablo 2 sorc cold ones.
5) Bonus to melee damage.
