Kai'Tan - Offering refused!

I'm nearing the end of this excellent but time destroying game. I've been doing the gods quest (with help) and I have come to the penultimate shrine of Kai'Tan. I have two pieces of geode with me but the shrine refuses to accept either of them. All other god offerings have been done in the right order. I've been 50th lvl for a while am 100 good and slightly techno - a melee monster basically.

Please help this desperate individual - I'm dying to complete the game so i can get on with my life!

 

Then you should have six blessings from the gods by now. Are you absolutely sure that you have that?

 

Well I checked just like you suggested, and guess what? I'd neglected to do the bolo altar again, despite the fact that I was positive I was ready for Kai'Tan.

Incidently I'd highly recommend the gods quest as it makes you shit kicking hard for the void. Loads more hit points and stamina for one thing.
