Blueray lost because Playstation 3 heats up like a microwave and explodes like a cherry bomb. Blueray lost because Wii is fun as hell, and X-Box 360 has slightly better graphics and slightly better games. Blueray lost because the technology is slightly expensive, and Sony's stupid marketing put the system at 700 bucks, meaning that you could have a shit load of stupid fun and then blow up shit in hi-def, all for the same price as you could blow up shit in high def for a little while before the techno-firecracker shoots hot, plastic shrapnel into your face.

Blu-ray lost, when Sony refused to co-operate with Toshiba on a merged format, with Blu-rays physical technology, and HD-DVDs encoding.

Sony got cocky. they've been king for so long they forgot that the peasants can, and will revolt. especially when our wallets are threatened.

Having just spent so much money on it and given that I move around a lot I decided that a carry case would be a good idea. However after checking around and being told there weren't any and that I'd probably be best off "Buying a big laptop bag" I figured they hadn't released one yet. That changed when I checked online and say that there are plenty of cases made by third party companies overseas.

So not only does Sony hate Australia, but the other companies making accessories don't like us either.

    EDIT

    What I want

Whats stopping me from getting it

Oblivion was awesome for the first couple of days, and mind you, I actually think it could have been somewhat decent, but the level scaling put me off. Word of advice - don't play a full mage. Just don't. It's simply not fun clearing out the Oblivion gates when each and every monster requires enough bombardment of one's custom made spells to completely drain the mana bar AND all the charges of the homebrew magic staff before they die.

And then you notice two more of them coming over the hill.

Funny, I'm about to buy Oblivion. I'm thankful I'mn't paying retail for it [thank god for friends who didn't like it]. I was a big fan of ESIII, and so I figure that Oblivion should at least be tried.

No, because the freeform character system requires us all to be überpowered battlemages to stand any chance.

I finished Morrowind with a wood elf warrior specializing in the use of warhammers. Ah, the memories...

I never finished Morrowind, but only because I refused to do so. I was having so much fun with my Nord mugger (basically I leveled him as a warrior and used him to not so secretly take things from storekeepers), that I completely forgot the game had a story.

I've finished the game so many times I can't count them. I'm a Morrowind loremaster, you could say. It's probably my favourite RPG.

I've come to love the hand to hand skill. Just leave it as a minor skill, and then walk from Seyda Neen to Balmora, punching the living daylight out of every rat, mudcrab, nix hound and cliff racer, explore every dungeon on the way and be prepared to talk with your fists. I swear, you'll be close to 100 when you speak to Caius Cosades.

Hah, I think I did one mission for Caius ever... I wound up enormously wealthy though... I picked up a few mods, and bought some houses'n'businesses'n'such. ^_^
