I'm in Tulla, and I can't find Jorian. When I first came in, I talked to him, and he said to see this guy who was in the castle. The guy asked me to retrieve a gem from the student who got it. Check. I also did the quest for the student who didn't want to get the chalice. However, now I can't find Jorian again, and I think that I have to talk to him! Maybe I'm just walking right past him, but I haven't seen him at all. Do I have to speak to him again? If so, where'd he go?
Go to the end of the hall in Tulla, and then there will be a staircase. Go up it, and the master of Divination will ask you to "gaze upon the mural of enlightenment". Go do it, and he will let you in to see Jorian.
