Weren't you around when some of us posted photos in a forum user pic thread? I don't remember if I posted more than one. But yeah, I'm the younger guy on the left. I've been highly active on this forum in the past, now I feel kinda out of place, like a complete unknown... Like a rolling stone.

 

I was here, and I posted my fire-breathing picture, but I don't remember the shot of you. How can you feel out of place when you are the Pain Administrator?

Gpod to know you can pronouce your username. But I wish you could spell it. Bhaal, was the dark god in both Diablo 2 and Baldur's Gate. Baal is a god out of ancient mythology (as well as Bhaal), usually a dark god of... unhappiness, or retard. I can't remember. So tell me how does it feel! To be on your own! I've never played any of the Diablo or Baldur's Gate games, besides Dark Alliance for the PS2. There goes your pretty little theory, all up in flames.

Actually, in D2 it's spelt Baal. So there you go.

 

Bhaal was the god of murder from Baldur's Gate Shadows of Amn.

Trust me it’s Baal in Diablo 2, I spent many an hour looking at that name.

I know/own/”have beaten them many times” Baldur’s Gate, Baldur’s Gate – Shadows of Amn, Neverwinter Nights, Neverwinter Nights – Shadows of Undrentide – Hordes of the Underdark, Arcanum, Diablo, Diablo 2, and Diablo 2 –Lord of Destruction (Baal). That’s about my list of RPG games, but for the hell of it MechWarrior 2-4 and Mech Commander 1-2 – “All of them”, Earth 2140, Earth 2150, Earth 2150 – Moon Project.

I have also beaten many other games but don’t remember them very well.

I found this more efficient than installing the game again to prove my point. It was on my hard drive anyway.

 

I don't think anyone is here to debate how to pronounce "Baal" - the double a makes it pretty clear to me how to go about it. I think that others were just pointing out alternative spellings and pronunciations, erroneous or not.

Now for my thoughts on your choice of name - I think it sucks. You show a horrible lack of originality by choosing it. I tend not to think much of people who can't come up with their own name...although, some long string of random numbers and letters isn't much better, at least you created it yourself.

 

Chaos, did you notice that we seemed even sadder after you stated that? :lol: * I'll just point this out: my name is NOT from Warcraft 2, though I know there was a Twilight's Hammer Clan within W2. I'm referring to a D2 clan I was once in, and I'm using it solely because Jar has ignored all my requests to have my Silvio-Arjunza account back.
